The
pool at
Clementine Trail is
huge, and is really a key feature at our property! It is heated,
and is completely screen-enclosed. The jetted spa can
be heated separately from the pool to provide the ultimate
in outdoor fun and pleasure. |

Notice
the privacy provided by the large flowering Oliander trees behind the
pool. The back neighbor is down a hill, and
does not have a pool or a patio, affording
Clementine's guests with abundant privacy.
Note also the space to the left and right of the pool area.
The homes are over 30 feet apart, and neither neighbor has a
pool or patio! |
The
lanai features a huge pool deck, with sun shade, and
contains a full set of deck furniture, including a table, 4
chairs, 2 loungers, 2 ottomans, 2 serving tables, and 2
recliners.

The ceramic-tiled living area contains a couch and loveseat for your comfort.
The couch pulls out into a queen sleeper to
accommodate a large family.
Wireless hi-speed internet service is also available --
just bring your laptop! |
You will enjoy relaxing in front of the large cable TV at
Clementine Trail.
A DVD/VCR player and surround sound are available to
help you unwind after a long day at the theme parks.
We provide a nice, growing library of movies for
your enjoyment as well. |

The master
bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and walk-in closet
and contains a large screen cable TV for your nighttime enjoyment. A full set of bed
linens is included for your comfort. The bed linens
are color coordinated with the pictures, draperies, and wall
colors, providing a very relaxing, intimate experience.

The ensuite master bath is luxuriously appointed with
ceramic tile floor and countertop, and includes a delicious jacuzzi bath tub for your intimate relaxation after a long
tiring day at the theme parks. The cabinets are top
drawer, and feature Disney door pulls. We have
included a complete set of bath linens for your use while staying at
Clementine Trail.

fabulous ceramic tiled kitchen boasts fine cabinetry,
new stove and oven,
refrigerator, microwave, and new dishwasher. A breakfast
nook is provided for your convenience. The
kitchen is completely outfitted with coffee maker, toaster,
blender and various other small appliances that make meal
preparation a breeze. |

The dining area in

provides elegant seating for up to six people.
Placemats are provided, and color coordinate with
the walls and great room theme. |

The second bedroom features a queen bed, with
color-coordinated linens and draperies. There
is a ceiling fan in the room, and a TV to enjoy. |

The twin bed room features a bright paint theme,
with coordinated comforters and pictures. This
bedroom features a 14 inch TV for the little tykes
to use while they slumber off to sleep after a hard
day swimming and walking the theme parks. |
